The principal Andrew, has served the entire valley since 2005 and has inspected over 12,000 fee paid inspections. Prior to offering inspections, Andrew was a Facility and Operations manager for an international food and beverage company for 15 years. The experience included maintaining and updating the distribution centers with local and national building and safety requirements. This background provided a natural and exciting transition to begin a new career in inspections.
These inspections include Residential homes, Large luxury homes, detached garages and Casitas, townhomes, condos, office buildings, warehouses and even schools. Experience is not only the amount of time in the business but really the the number and types of structures the inspector has professionally inspected. We offer a very thorough inspection service in every case.
Termite Inspections. If needed, we can arrange to have a termite inspection service during our inspection. We don't inspect for termites ourselves because we want to concentrate on the building envelope, exteriors and mechanical systems. We prefer to contact a professional termite inspection service to simply look for termites and conducive conditions and nothing more. This is what they do everyday and all day and all they look for. We can present a list of companies to choose from.
Pool/Spa Inspections. We perform a comprehensive detailed pool inspection as part of our service for an additional fee. We can also offer to have a pool contractor join us at the inspection to provide a potential cost of repairs as a convenience to you. There is no additional charge for the pool contractor service and you have NO obligation to use their service. It's a great way for you to plan any costs of repairs or service.
